Welcome/Introductions/Membership: Chris Whetton, Neisha Rowley, Joanne Hobbs, Kristen Fowers, Julie Clark

New Chair: Neisha Rowley was voted as the chair

Reading Data: Julie Clark shared data for Acadience Assessment (formerly DIBELS) based on composite scores for each grade level. The following
percentages are those who tested benchmark or above at BOY:
Grade: 2019-20 2020-21
Kinder 70% 69%
First 40% 44%
Second 69% 45%
Third 68% 57%

Fourth 68% 61%
Fifth 55% 49%
Each grade level has created an action plan to make movement towards their goals. Grade level intervention aides, who have been trained by
the reading coach, will work with the teachers to achieve their goals.

Proposed Amendment to the 2020-21 plan:
Amendment #1
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic there will be no travel to the Ron Clark Academy. The funds that supported this ($14,500) will go towards more
aide time to provide interventions and support for students in grades K-6. An aide will be assigned to each grade level for supports in the areas
of Language Arts, Math, Science, Technology and other duties as needed.

*The amendment was approved by those in attendance.
