Welcome: 

Talked about where we are on budget.  

All teachers were given Bold School book to start reading to prepare our school for 1:1 devices

Talked about upcoming training from tech services and curriculum as far as teachers being prepared and become Google Certified.

Talked about internet safety and filters as far as students use on Chromebooks and how it’s monitored.

Still need chromebook cart $$ to come out. 

Discussion on how money will need to be allocated in the upcoming budget for the school’s cost of the Chromebooks that will be arriving in August (1:1).  We are responsible for half of the cost. We are suggesting to use the combination of trust land budget combined with the TSSA budget to sustain our part of the 1:1 chrome books.

Data Presentation:

Julie presented Middle of Year Dibels data.  Showcasing our data in each grade, as a school and where we are compared to the district. Noting that data is a little different than years past, because MOY testing was done in December rather than January.

Review Plan:

Talked about where we are with our current plan and some things that we need to consider adding as we go forward (funding for 1:1 Chromebooks).
